Caring for others has always come naturally to me~ first as a nurse, then as a health coach. But my deepest understanding of healing didn't just come from clinical training~ it came from living it. As a woman with lipedema, I've walked a long and complex journey with my own health, body image, and wellbeing.

Through decades of personal experience and professional insight, I've come to believe that real healing happens when women feel seen, supported, and empowered with the right tools. Mimosa Wellness was born from that belief~ to create a space where women just like you don't have to navigate chronic inflammation, hormone challenges, or lipedema alone.
